I cannot say enough good things about the service that Curtis Ward gave us throughout our listing experience. This was our first time to sell a house so we had several questions and needed a lot of guidance throughout the process. In this regard, his dual experience as an agent and also a home builder was invaluable. He had so much more than a basic understanding of some of the repairs we needed to make after our inspection. He was able to make suggestions/referrals that took the stress out of the entire repair process. Curtis was also always available when issues arose. At the time of our listing, he had several other listings and was also constructing a number of homes. He somehow always answered our calls, and truly made us feel like we were his only clients. I really do not know how he gets everything done in a day! No matter how minor my request/concern was, Curtis gave it his full attention and addressed it immediately. In today's world, it is hard to find such a dependable and hard-working person.
